WASHINGTON COUNTY HOTEL PERFORMANCE: November 2022

According to STR, which provides market data on the hotel industry around the globe, hotel performance has outperformed the past two years for the month of November. Washington County’s hotels continue to perform well in three key performance areas: Occupancy (OCC), Average Daily Room Rates (ADR) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).

For the month of November 2022, 66.9% of available hotels rooms were occupied (compared to 60.1% in 2021).  The average daily room rate (ADR) for November was $124.91 (compared to $109.40 in 2019).
