Start your Beaverton Wine Trail with a late breakfast or brunch at Cafe Murrayhill. Situated on a pond, the cafe crafts a robust menu with items prepared with local ingredients. (Open daily)
First stop is Cooper Mountain Vineyards, which is housed atop Cooper Mountain in southwestern Beaverton. Sample this wineries’ biodynamically farmed organic wines, including Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. (Open daily)
Next, visit Hamacher Wines at Ponzi Historic Estate and sample wines from both Hamacher and from pioneering winery Ponzi Vineyards. Hamacher’s winery and tasting room are housed in Ponzi Vineyards’ original location, which overlooks some of Ponzi’s oldest vines. (Open Wednesday-Sunday)
