Tualatin Valley is home to the first American owned-and-operated large-production saké brewery, SakéOne. A visit to this brewery is a treat for the senses. Sample a flight of saké at the tasting room, and tag along for one of its daily public tours of its kura and get a close-up view of how this traditional Japanese beverage is created.
